Bali Thoughts:
I couldn’t believe another
bombing had happened to such an easy going, people friendly
country again! Last time I was here it was quiet due to the
last bombing so it was quiet again. We still enjoyed some great
relaxing time in the sun though as we had gained an extra week
from not going to China… Terry
I was still
really keen to come here after the 2nd bombing and
I’m glad we did as they are so desperate for tourism.
Definitely a great place to come for a beach holiday for a few
weeks, particularly if you want to stock up on really cheap flip
flops and Aussie surf gear! The pound went a really long way
here which was good! I would definitely recommend a trip to the
other parts of the island though to experience the true island
lifestyle away from the madness of the tourist areas…
